    No.7 quetsion.

    whatare the differences betwene teh Candadian"C No.7" and the Birtish No.7 please? is is just a magazine that feeds?
    if you put a Brit No.7 mag in a C No.7 does it work as a repeating bolt action?

    No. the bolt between the Canadianicon rifle and the No 7 is different. The bolt is shorter on the No 7 (English) and the barrel sticks out into the receiver about a 1/2 inch.

    Also on the UKicon No 7 the left hand side of the action body is milled away so a ejector can be installed.

    A c.no7 is very similar to the Britishicon no9 rifle.

    -rimfire bolt head and 2 piece firing pin.
    -.22 barrel
    -.22 graduated rear sight.
    -Single loading platform inserted into standard mag body

    The only similarity between the two is that they both fire .22" - and look remotely like No4 rifles!
