1915 NRA SALES RIFLE advice request

What would a 1915 sales rifle in about 65% condition be worth? It has single bolt stock, checkered butt-plate, early handgaurd, I5 bolt, NRA bottom metal a supple leather sling with brass hooks what looks like a USMC rear sight slide and a decent bore with some muzzle erosion. Varoius dents dings and bruises with no cracks in stock with finish to about 50% bluing left. owner is asking 1200 $ Front band and stacking swivel has been replaced.

I'd say pretty close to the asking price. Although, considering the wear and replaced parts, maybe more like $1000-1100.
