    which stock is this

    bought a load of stocks off closed gun shop. got a bunch listed but am stumped on these. they look like Enfield but in small size.
    they are stamped in butt area
    Commonwealth of Australasia military forces an Victoria in centre 12 inches long socket area is 1 1/4 by 3/4 inches
    did not want to list them for sale before i knew what they went too. have a bunch listed already on GB

    Sure looks like a Martini stock to me.

    Is there a round "bushing" about 4" from the front on the bottom?

    there is an oval plate with a square hole in centre an right next to in the wood is a letter u in a star edged circle proof mark

    Thanks so much guys i do not want to list them for sale with wrong info.
    they are too nice of shape to put in wood burner like guy said who i bought them off of.
    have all the real nice Winchester 101 ,21 ,23 wood listed an started on the military stuff.
    never saw these before, got a bunch of no1 mk 3 wood to go thru yet but they are real rough
