Looks like a pile of PPSH series buttstocks on the shelf to the left of the photo as well. Stuff on the right looks like typical RPK's.
A stone foundation with mortar work, I wonder where in the country this photo was taken? My experiences were mostly in regions that featured mud, with mud and straw construction.
I wonder if that is one of the 7.62mm rifles, I can't see .30-06 being terribly common there, and the lack of jingle or decorative sling suggests it's not a privately owned tribesman's rifle.
