Hi guys,
I have a M1903 Mark I dated 1920. I got it about 10 years ago for staining my drivers ed teachers deck. The rifle was sporterized - receiver was drilled for a scope, sights removed and a different stock added. Thankfully they didn't cut the barrel.
So.......now that I'm laid off and bored I'd like to put it somewhat back to stock. Will probably put a period correct scope on it to hide the holes in the receiver, and a stock, stock. My question is where can I get all the steel needed for the stock? bands etc. Numrich's looks like they have quite a bit, and some pecking on ebay found some but is there a one place stop that would have everything I need?
Thanks much
