    7.62x54R Headstamp id

    Hello everyone. Could someone help me id this headstamp?
    Searched all place and couldn´t find any information, except that is from Lugansk factory. Thanks

    The 90 is the year, that is a very early round, nice as well.

    Yap...but is weird because this is the 1891 model, so the year 1890 doesn't fit ....

    I see it as '06' as the characters are centered on the primer well.... still nice and early.

    Thanks for the reply, but 06 it would be 1906, and lugansk used a 3 digit number from the beginning of 1900's...to be the year 1906 it must've stamped 906...big difficulty in identifying this headstamp.
    And the 0? Is related to what?

    7,62x54R headstamps on early examples

    I also have some early pre 1908 Russianicon cartridges and it is often difficult to pin point the manufacturer.

    I do have a round nose 210 gr headstamped T 19 (Tula 1919) this has to be the lastest example with the old round nose bullet. They were supposed to be changing the sights on their weapons but it took a long time.

    The red wood bullet on the training cartridge is headstamped U 97 II and is 1897
