I would think it is US Navy 20mm Mark 4 for the Oerlikon

Could the "B" in the diamond be Bofors?

I don't think so, we've discussed this and I just can't lay hands on it for proof...

Does this 20mm round have the explosive shell or is it just the case that you have, CINDERS?

Just the case initially, I purchased a projectile with some other stuff so it looks complete.
Thanks Jim I know we tried before to identify this case, I just thought to re-visit it as with new members joining every day someone may happen to twig I appreciate the responses as always.
