    German 7.62 Surplus at Widener's

Would you pay 50 cents a round for this stuff? Some might, I'm not that hard up yet! Widener's has some decent deals, but to me this aint one of them.

My local dealer has(or had last week) Federal 500 rd cases of 150 gr FMJBT for $335. I picked up a case and I'd buy more of that before even considering this stuff. I don't know if it's just me or not but it seems like lately the berdan primed stuff is going for almost the same money as boxer. The way I see it your better off to spend a few extra bucks on new brand name stuff that you can reload later on. I also recently got 1200 LC once fired cases off gunbroker, all cleaned, resized, reamed and trimmed for $260.

WOW!!! I would have to be very desperate to buy that stuff. I think I would just get out the slingshot and use that before I'd put that stuff through my rifle.
