    Easy enough to turn from a piece of heavy walled mild steel tubing. A solid chunk would also be a possibility, but more work.
    The cut at the rear can be made with a mill or hacksaw and files.
    Have a friend with a lathe?

    So, having this part randomly produced by a third party may be a highly risky adventure and perhaps unsafe to use in a live fire setting..

    Please reconsider doing this without professional guidance from a gunsmith qualified to work on the Sten Gun ....
