    1951 Polish Mosin kbk wz.44

I have been lucky enough to acquire a very hard to find 1951 model that is matching numbers. It has the unusual dark colored hard wood stock, pristine bore, bluing that rivals any sporting rifle, and a polish issued carbine sling.

Do you know if this excellent finish is how it left the factory or has it had some refinishing by a civilian owner, please?

    Very nice.
I have an "Izzy" from 1944 and, although in very good conditions, it really looks very different.
The finishing is absolutely at another level.
    Good buy!

I've seen a similar Polish Mosin that is also stunning. They've become premium priced guns in recent years, and that is a big reason why. Come to think of it, I've never seen a really poorly finished Polish arm (excluding those made under duress/occupation of course).
