Haven't made the transition. Latest news in my cast bullet arena is that I recently sold my first mold, a clone of the Eagan MX3-30G. Bullet weighs 200gr cast in Lyman #2. It's a tapered design, fits the throat of the K31icon wonderfully, with the base of the bullet being even with the large diameter of the shoulder. The mold was made with a cherry I purchased from the Eagan estate, by Bernie Rowles of Old West Bullet Moulds. Unfortunately, Bernie doesn't like working with the "fragile" Eagan cherry, the two I have will be the only ones made. An original Eagan mold of this design brought over $400 on ebay, they are much used in CBA competition.
