Is it me or does that guard look like a fireplug, don't see many pics with the stout.

I don't know I'm looking at the masonry and the milled lumber but I cant say, corn fed I guess.

there was a prison riot on one of the near islands and a US Officer was captured and they sent in US Army troops to clean it up ? could be a photo from this event
