that was my first impression but the Ludendorf bridge super structure had only an arched span in the center section not on the ends

The span on the left hand side seems to be resting in the water?
That's what drew me to think it was Remagen, and the flak towers at right. I was only past there once and that was at high speed by train...

Bit of scorched earth policy leave nothing of any use to the enemy
The bridges usually are blown on withdrawal to keep the enemy from following at speed.
