    Winter GCA journal, an observation.

    It strikes me that the non-serialized receiver shown on page 31 has an "S" stamped on it's leg just below the clip latch that looks suspiciously like the "S" stamps at either end of the clip latch on the non-serialized receiver shown on page 4.

    Coincidence? I'd guess probably not.

    Agree. Probably "specimen" or something like that. I'm guessing the receiver with cutout used for the NM was part of a cut-away display.
    Real men measure once and cut.
