The left one is a spear point...the right one doesn't have a press stud, does it even have a mortise slot? Looks more like a ceremonial piece made from a bayonet. How would it fix...? It looks to have started out as a WW1 FrenchChassepot Bayonet...maybe some closer pics and take it out of the scabbard? The scabbard is like nothing I've seen either.

The piece on the right is a ChileanPolice sidearm. These were manufactured from surplus 1874 Gras blades as well as some newly made blades. A study was done on these a while back on a different forum and there were four or five distinct variations identified which lead to the belief that these were made in separate small batches and not all made at one time.
