That 20 round magazine pouch looks different from the standard issue, notice how low the snap is located (not a Reising either) Could have been manufactured outside of the USA ?

I reckon the Garand shooter will lose forward vision once he touches off a round in a great cloud of dust.......

I've seen that type of five cell pouch for 20s before...I'll keep looking. I think it WAS an offshore product.

The five cell 20 round magazine pouch is Australian issue, page 109 of American Thunder 11 (military Thompson submachine guns)

There we go. That would make sense too since these guys would have gone through Australia on the way...
