    Wow $809 for. A Savage Lee-Enfield!

Holy Bat Caves Batman! And I thought I was taken to the shower at just under $400.00 for the Savage Lee-Enfield I just picked up.

Classic has just listed a batch of Lee-Enfield No4 Mk1 for Britishicon $799.99 + 25.00 for Long Branch and + 50.00 for Savage. Yikes!! And they don't even know how good the bores are!

"We make no guarantee for bore condition on any surplus rifle but I have looked down a few . All that I have seen were serviceable and some looked pretty darn good. Also, in the interest of full disclosure many of these came to us without mags but we have replaced any mags that were missing with our new Enfield mags that we sell elsewhere on the site. These mags are manufactured to the original spec and are quite nice."

"e - This particular group included some of the even more rare and highly collectible Canadianicon Long Branch Enfield's as well as some Savage Stevens U.S. Property Marked Enfield's. I"

They are the crap that was rusting at SAMCO. Worst part is they will sell out quickly. They likely paid Century $300 each tops

High prices seem to be the norm now. Was at a show last weekend and a pretty beat 50 LB was over a grand, nuts but what do I know.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

I liked how they tossed 'Rare' in there when talking about Savage

Gezz Louise! Why so high? that's $516/$715 US and from what I've been looking at here in the US the past 3 months would be a really nice 4mk1

There is still a lot we haven't seen from the SAMCO sale.

Here is the list I saved to my document cloud for anyone who is interested.
