    Ruger 10/22 an SBR???

California woman arrested for possession of a stockless Ruger 10/22

Saw this today and question it. I'm not familiar with the 10/22 so I don't know if she removed a couple of inches of tang or what. So remove the stock it's a SBR by the looks of this article. In a crazy world, owning one could be "intent".

Yes, the stock has been removed. Problem is, the pins holding the trigger mech will fall out if you tip it on it's side. The tang is untouched.

This was also on the same page they are getting closer and it will be a game changer as far as ship board fire power is concerned.

CA cop's definition. Isn't an SBR by anybody else's definition. Mind you, the cops probably looked for any charge to get a gang banger, drug dealer into custody.
