I don't think that's a Willys. It looks more like a 3/4 ton light truck.

Not a Willys, could only be a MB or GPW.
I think I saw the second picture in some book stating it was about US troops moving to or from Kasserine Pass.
Might well be wrong, but I really think I saw it.
