    Arisaka stock markings translation?

Can anyone here translate the markings on this T38 Arisakaicon stock? I repaired the comb area but tried to avoid touching this neat stamp or cartouche. The comb had about a 4 inch x 3/4 inch area rasped out so I squared up the area on the mill and fit and glued a new piece into the void. Salt Flat

I remember looking at Springfield Model 1903 rifles years ago that were imported from China, seems that had a similar stamp also on the butt stock ?

    Looks like Chinese.

Have you tried the google translate app? It works through your smartphone camera. Pretty impressive piece of tech, we use it at work sometimes for translating foreign autocad prints (that have been converted to pdf).
