Walther P-1's C&R?

I was perusing the C&R list and noticed this on on the list...

Walther, post World War II production Model P38- and P1-type semiautomatic pistols made for or issued to a military force, police agency, or other government agency or entity

Anyone know whether this encompasses all P-1's?

Yes it includes all of the P1 Walther's. They are all C&R even if not 50 years old. As long as they have been placed on the list by the Director of ATF it's valid.

I've been trying to determine if there were any P-1's made for the civilian market.

No there were not. P1 was a government designation and not for the commercial market.
