Nice clear portrait-like pics... The top pic, rifleman has two boxes in front to get his elbow up a bit over the berm...what are they? Not Reeves cans, mortar bombs?

These pics must be pre-D-Day exercise shots, pants have pressed creases, the guys are too clean.
Would the have live ammo on training exercises?

These look like 82nd "Glider Riders". Also looks like Frenchbocage. Any info on the photos?

Top picture is at this site as 325th Glider Infantry Regiment in France.
I can't find any reference to the second picture but their poorly censored patch reveals them also of the 325th GIR.
