    Who doesn't need a gunlamp!

    It does make you wonder though. In California does this need to go through an FFL for transfer and background check. Wonder how 18 U.S.iconC. 921(a)(3): DEFINITIONS (FIREARM)
    applies to this.... Does the lamp pole classify this as an assault weapon?

    Winchester single shot, for that price I would go and look at it. If it hasn't been destroyed by the conversion you might end up with a nice pre 1898 rifle. Does California try to regulate firearms deemed antiques by the ATF?

    Not sure what Californa does I would not be surprised if they didn't have some sort of law to keep you from getting it without jumping through hoops.
