What to do with a pile-O-parts.

Downsizing everything due to med bills and issues. Been going through everthing I have and prepping a lot for sale, still in that process.

Found a few things in the parts pile, would be more unteresting than selling them off as bits and bobs.

    A. Beat No5 stock set.

    B. C No7 stripped reciever

    C. Brit No7 barrel

    D. C No7 rear site complete

    E. Numrich fake No5 flash amplifier

    F. C No7 magazine assy

    G. No8 bolt head assy.

other bits and pieces, also found a copy of the instructions on how to but together a serviceable bolt assembly for the Brit No7 out of assorted bits and pieces (somehow kept a copy of this from the old Gun and Knife board.

I had put together a .22 cal Jungle carbine before with a used C No7 barrel, but found out too late that the barrel had been shot extensively with .22 sorts and had a ring eroded in the chamber.

I think I have enough stuff to pull off a new and improved .22 cal Jungle Carbine. Should be a fun project.

I think you have mis-labeled the "No5 flash amplifier". I believe it should be labeled "No5 recoil intensifier".

I think it qualifies as a dual purpose device.

Not as cool as a .22 JC but, here is a fake VZ-33 I built out of parts I had on hand. I have posted it here several years ago but, I think enough time has passed I can get away with it again.
It's built a Mauser Kar98a small ring receiver, a VZ-33 stock set, an FN carbine rear sight, a Kar98kicon front sight and, it's chambered in .308.

Looking forward to seeing this .22 Jungle Carbine project. I think that would be a neat gun.

That would be way handier than any of the other chambers.

"...No 5 recoil intensifier..." That's not what does it. It's the 7 pounds empty weight and the greater than 15 ft-lbs. of recoil. And the skinny butt stock.
