    M1917 Eddystone Range Day

I could not get good results at 100 yards, so I moved out to 200 yards. Here is a pic of the 15 round group at 200 yds:

Nice mild day in the forest. Light wind. 78 degrees. 3800' elevation.

Shot from the tripod in the forest.

One would expect an even tighter grouping from a bench with a proper set up front rest, nice looking rifle.

Thanks for looking. I try to keep it simple at the forest range and not haul the bench out there, though I have done it in the past. So I handicap my results if I shoot off hand or from the tripod.
