What I love about this photo is the two sergeants having "a Captain Cook" through the LCT 8 bin on the right edge of the photo for "stuff" they might want/could use later.
It does make you wonder how much equipment from the ship disappeared with the GIs
"If it ain't nailed down, locked up, or guarded..."
