When was the 4th version (class?) Of the no.1 mk3 mag released?

If someone has an answer to all 4 classes that would be even better!

Late 1911 the "4" magazine gets mentioned in "List of Changes"

No. 3 - Approved on July 6, 1911;
No. 4 - Approved on July 6, 1911.
