Nice find Charlie! The "wear" on the rear sights looks amazingly consistent, don't you think? Also, looks like they're parting out their "knock off" Type I front bands, and asking about double what they used to go for. - Bob

Noticed they are not calling them USGI just US M1. This is going to keep Sam-T in business forever!

It's called GREED. Hey there are only so many original parts left in the world and the temptation to cash in can be just too great for some people. For them it's the fresh off the boat parts from China selling to unsuspecting new collects who do not know any better. Ah the old George method of selling carbine parts. Make sure you have plenty of each. It's really sad to see happening again and again.
