M1A and HGarris bipod

I seem to recall someone had posted (on the old site) all the parts and pieces needed to install a Harris bipod asembly on a wood stocked M1A. maybe it was Gus??? If anybody has that info I would appreciate getting it so I can mount one on my rifle. Thanks.

I didn't use a Harris Bipod, but I did put an adapter on my LRB from Fulton.
