    No 32 Sniper Scope

Well - Ebay does it again.
A lovely looking No 32 scope that doesnt have 'the up & down' or 'side to side' adjustment.
    Ebay.uk made £535 (around US$750)
One lucky seller - Any comments Peter ?

Mind you seller was extremely 'reasonable' throwing in the extra bits.
Peter - Maybe you'll be seing it soon for repair !!

Think about this....sniper scopes are very difficult to source....it's condition was very accurately detailed and the parts were made available. Once repaired, the purchaser most likely will be ahead of the game. A good functional scope goes from $1800.00 to 2600.00 depending on the model. I says the buyer did "good". Even better if it matched his No4T and I've seen this happen.

That's most likely a 42, not a 32. You need something with wheels or tracks to use that one and the calibre would be one heck of a lot larger
The No42 is only useful if you have a 32 with a broken lens at one end oer the other.

So far as I could tell, it was a PERFECT No32...., not a botched up 42 or 53, with the deflection cursor slide missing. Make a deflection slide and you had a virtually new No32 for £500 or so. That's GOOD value to me

The alternative was to put this on your dewat and sell the good scope from your dewat. Even BETTER value!

Keep your donor No42 or 53 and that's even BETTER value

I wish I'd bought it myself now.................................

If you thought that was a good buy check out item 320352996712 which sold on a buy it now recently for $699 or £488 - an absolutely perfect looking no 32 mk 2 with the correct lens covers and original bracket - wish I'd spotted that one!!!
