Nope. Even found pic #16 on the site and messed with it some. Looks like (2) punch marks after the 4 and then blurred or defaced after that. - Bob

Possible attempt to change the serial number on a brought back piece?

Almost looks like a 1 above the 4, best pictures I could pull from the listing.
A 4,1 NPM ?

The spacing of the 1 (punch marks?) looks too far to the left. The P in Postal appears to have a gouge in it, too. - Bob

So we have... 4: 75161..... and nothing else other then being NPM.
