Tx for the welcome, all the parts match Rock Ola except the receiver that is Inland with the serial number. Here are more pics

So, the barrel is shorter too and it appears to be checkered at the pistol grip? Why would they leave the flip sight on while doing this trial I wonder? TenOC seems to have seen these?
