    Numbered Metric magazines

I just o received 5 somewhat rough FAL 20 round metric mags from Sarco. They’re not pretty but 2-3 of the 5 have a 4 digit 7xxx part or serial number, none the same. Nice block numbers mechanically applied at front surface about 10 mm above the bottom plate. Any ideas on origin?

Can you post some pics of the markings

But I suspect it would be something like 7711. Its not a serial number its a date, the magazines are South African

They range from 7000 to 7108 to something like R-C over 10-68 to one ground out. I took photos but will have to learn how to post them.

They will be South African/Rhodesian magazines, those are typical markings for them
