    Enfield Bayonet ?

Sorry if this should have been posted in the ''Edge weapons forum''... i wasn't sure if it was Lee Enfield related or not.
I've been asked if this bayonet is original or was modified, the person thought it was for a Lee Enfield... the blade looks vaguely like a P-1888 but obviously it's not...
Anybody knows what it is or is not ?

Swedishicon Knife Bayonet for M/1894/14 Carbine and M/1945C SMG
The M/1914 bayonet got produced by Eskilstuna Jernmanufactur AB og Carl Gustaf Stads Gevärsfaktori in Sweden. The number of produced bayonets is unknown, but the bayonet is easy to find in Norwayicon and Sweden.

Not a common bayonet in Canadaicon as the carbines had a short barrel and they ended up adding 1 inch of barrel to legally import them into Canada and the USAicon.
You find the odd carbine without the additional barrel length but the majority that had it added.
It promptly blew off when firing the carbine.
Those came in to the surplus market around the mid to late 60's

I was issued one in Cyprus in 1980 with a Carl Gustav M45 SMG by the Swedes. Yes, odd to find here but I had one in my own collection back in the '70s too.
