    Soldier sitting has the "Sporting version" of the BAR... Looks so different without FH, bipod and carry handle.

    The M1918A2 BAR never had the carrying handle during WW2, just towards the end of the war the
    handle became authorized issue. Early Korean war BAR's also without carrying handle too

    alot of BAR men got a good burn on their hands until that carrying handle became issue
