small collection of early 303 service cartridges

Found most of these cartridges years ago but really have not been able to add anymore variations. The Mark1 either black powder or cordite is about impossibe and very expensive as well as the Indian Dum Dum Arsenal headstamp

Was it not "B" headstamped rounds that caused the problems in Ross and other arms?

I got my collection of .303 a long time ago for almost nothing . An importer was selling 50 lb boxes of .303 made up from loose round picked up from Interarms old warehouse in Englandicon . I got a very large selection of about everything from 1900's - to 1950's .

I wouldn't expect much from those rounds. You'll get a bit of everything.

That's the maxim they aren't making it anymore and more often than not you'll get all sorts of questionable results when the striker hits!
