    I'd think this model would be far better...our used to come apart sometimes after launching. I'd think these would too, the other type.

    The M17 would detonate on impact vs. the M1icon Grenade Adapter was a timed fuse. The M17 will not explode if it lands on sand, water, or mud

    I wondered how that would work, thought it might start the fuze burning when it fired and had five seconds to detonation...or five seconds after impact. But not detonating if a soft landing...not so good.

    Similar to the M9 Rifle Grenade a spring-loaded pin holds back the firing pin (C) until impact
