Well, they shelled Estevan Lighthouse...and left us a few incendiary balloons...

Presumably a firing party for a military funeral, seeing the cemetery behind.

Someone fairly important I suspect.

7 men there are in the pic Surpmil so I think your assumption may be the correct one.
