July 1943 Fazakerley with Maltby Inspection Marks?

Greetings All

I am looking for a bit of help.

A 7/43 Fazakerley FTR'd at Fazakerley in 1948 but this rifle has Maltby inspectors stamps by the breach? My only thought was a Maltby FTR prior to the Fazakerley FTR but there are no signs of their FTR markings.

A second wild guess would be barrel actions transferred to Maltby for completion in 1943? Very unlikely but does anyone else have a similar rifle or other ideas?
