Israeli No. 4 T sniper help

    Greetings All

In the early 1950's the IDF had No. 4 T's as part of their equipment but due to embargoes, they had to manufacture replacement No. 32 scopes. They also converted some standard No. 4 Rifles to T status with their own bracket pads. Does anyone have one of these rifles that they could take pictures of for me? I have plenty of scope and bracket photos along with Britishicon T's they have used I am just lacking in rifles they converted.

    Many thanks!

Have you considered contacting the Palmach Museum, located in Ramat Aviv or the Etzel (Irgun) Museum in Jaffa? It's likely they have examples of what you're looking for.

The IDF "Collection Houses" in Yaffo (Jaffa) would be your best bet. Can't recall if I ever saw one there (different priorities at that time), but they should have a Britishicon example, at least.
