    Vintage Massager

I'm not sure if anyone is interested in seeing this, but this item was sitting on a shelf in my garage until recently with me thinking that it was an old hair dryer. Recently I pulled it off the shelf and, after focussing my poor eyesight on the box, realised that in fact it is a vintage "massager" dating to the 1950's. What is interesting are the apparent various health benefits that are suggested in the handy instruction leaflet. Sadly, we are informed that "total baldness" is an "incurable condition".

For something that is clearly aimed at the female market it does seem an incredibly heavy device.

For the 1950's the price does seem expensive at over £4, old money.
