Franco-British Electrical Company Scabbard

Uncommon to rare scabbard made by the Franco-British Electrical Company, Tempel Park, Hurley. Most sources claim 25,000 total made. I never saw one until I got an email from Sarco. They have a few of them, not cheap, wasn't going to buy one but inflation talked me into it.

I don't know who made the bayonet, I don't see a manufacturer on it. Good condition arsenal refurbishment.

Do you have a post war Canadian Arsenals No4 bayonet? Some vendors charge a premium for them but they can sometimes be found mixed in with other No4 socket bayonets.

I don't think so. I have the rarest of all, the reworked Singer cruciform bayonet. I think there are 18 known now.

Caused quite the controversy 12 years ago that seems incredible that I've had this for 12 years.

I tend to do things when I'm thinking about them so a flurry of activity with the scabbards. Threw in an extra bayonet that was lying about easily found.

Top to bottom for the scabbards is the experimental thin steel, then British manufactured plastic, US Victory Plastics with attached frog and US Victory Plastics without attached frog, this one I've had for a while, the other two just came yesterday. I could swear I have a plastic one somewhere already but I couldn't find it. I also seem to be short on the regular steel ones as I have a bunch of bayonets without scabbards, one is with the cruciform and the other is attached to one of my webbing displays. Most of the bayonets have unclear markings but one is a Savage and another is a Longbranch. A third has a Savage press stud but I believe it is a replacement.
