I would like to have watched you guys doing a live fire up somewhere extreme...mostly because I did a bit of that and am curious how others work.

We always tried to have the MG crews higher, dominating and covering from higher down. The others had to run like hell, dive, roll, crawl, shoot (to cover us MG crews) and then… up again and through the whole thing again covered by the MG.
