7.62x54R ammo spam can. Need help identifying.

I got this spam can for my Fiinish Mosin. The can is missing the factory code as far as I can tell. Not sure exactly what it is. Can someone help identify it without me having to open it? Thanks.

    IIRC,
This is Russianicon made for export by a company named Fronse (Sp?) I believe for a few years in the early 80's. Having NO factory code on the can is how I remember it was meant for Export. But don't bet the house payment on my info.

Seat the bullet deeper, then pull the bullet. Setting the bullet deeper will break the sealant and crimp, making it easier to pull the bullet.

It was suggested in a video I saw. Allows the can to remain in display condition. Wasn’t too hard. I used an old putty knife and hammer to cut the whole.

    That’s just brilliant.

    Good idea,
Still use the can for display

Edit: I think it might have been spelled Frunse, but double check.

It's in the code 60 = Russian State Factory at Frunze, Kirgisia, Russiaicon DOM December 1984 (C12-84) 440 rounds.
Not sure on the 179 could be projectile Grain's and the 82 ? no idea

My understanding is the 179 is either powder lot or factory and 82 is powder manufacture date. As I understand it.

I will pull and weigh a bullet asap.
