Looking at the Jeep steering wheel, I'm thinking that the negative was reversed.

I'm voting with negative reversed .
Maybe somebody smarter than I can invert the picture and show us what it looks like.

Not smarter just a little more familiar with the equipment.

Although very far from winter where they are I can see the chains being helpful on soft loose muddy terrain. A sort of paddle wheel effect.
