    The predecessor to the M2A1 grenade chemical projection adapter. Later on, the M2A1 would use a setback ring to hold the spoon instead of the way pictured. The setback ring or setback band is a ring with a spring that slips off the spoon handle under the force of takeoff. You can tell they're using a regular 4 prong M1icon adapter and making it work

    Well, WP sure gives a better smoke screen than FS types do. When they burst the smoke comes from everywhere instead of just the grenade body.
