Type II Lock Bar Nut

I have a lock bar rear sight that was given to me several years ago, all of which is appropriate for my Springfield M-1, all that is except it has a Type III nut, rather than a Type II that is correct for it. Anyone have any ideas on where to find just the Lock Bar Nut?
