    Arrow Long Branch #4 Mk I T SNIPER !

    Here's one for fun ........

    Feedback and comments anyone?

    GunBroker - Long Branch #4 Mk I T SNIPER ! (click here)

First of all this is a project rifle. All of the originals except a couple were scrapped out after WWII-- The scopes and mounts were spared--- What is original here is the orginal serial number scope and mount; and an Original correct type Number 4 MK 1 Rifle. The bracket(Base) is however a repro; but exact in every way. I am selling this as a project rifle so that you can wait an look for another Number 4 rifle made Long Branch that would be closer in the serial number range. I have actually found one that is about 2000? Numbers from the scope and mount assembly-- So if you ver wanted one here it is!! I would match the base to the rifle serial number and you would have a great example of a very RARE rifle !!

No Reserve - Auction starts at $2,999 U.S.

It is my understanding that there was a quantity of 32TP scopes with rings that surfaced after the rifles were scrapped by the Dutch. The 74L prefix on the rings is in the correct range. So, the scope and rings could be a set. The rifle appears to be a LB, although the buttplate is brass, so I assume that it has been refurbished somewhere. Certainly is a work in progress, only one screw securing the base to the receiver. What is being sold is rifle, an aftermarket base, and what could be a correct scope and rings. At a starting price of only US$3000.
