    There are quite a few places. Depends on how many you're in need of. Try Gunbroker and Auction Arms. Various quantities of Blanks occasionally show up on the Gunbroker website. You might also try Atlantic Wall Blanks ( ATLANTIC WALL BLANKS) or Gopher Munition Works (google gopher munition works). Both of the latter are on the WW2 Reenactors website.

    If they are for bolt actions (nothing else) you might consider making some. I have, for many years.
