Arrow No.32 Scope Set - parts are worth more than the whole ....

Here's one that will curl your toes....

    Same seller on eBay....

He says he even has the rifle they came off of, if anyone is interested...

WW2 British Enfield Sniper Rifle Scope - Approx $1636.89 Cdn

WW2 British Enfield Sniper Rifle Scope Mount - Approx $894.45 Cdn

WW2 British Enfield Sniper Rifle Scope Covers - Approx $229.12 Cdn

WW2 British Enfield Sniper Rifle Scope Can Sling - Approx $110.04 Cdn

    Different buyers...

Total = Approx $2,8750 Cdn (and I think I missed what he flogged the scope can for, if it existed)

Anyway, I guess ~Angel~ should be breaking down her entire collection into components and opening up shop on eBay ....

    Regards,
    Badger

These aren't record prices for this stuff. A scope, bracket and can went for over $3200 late last year on ebay.
I keep telling guys who balk at the $2000 to $3200 Enfield snipers...they are worth more if you break them up.
The last scope can I saw sell on ebay went for around $600+.

Suddenly those collectors source snipers don't seem quite as bad now, do they? And iif you look, you'll see half of them have gone now as well.

Still waiting for mine to show up. I am eagerly checking the mailbox each day for the parcel notice. I got the Britishicon made/Cdn marked one. Looks like I already have a scope bracket for it too!!

Indeed, If you can afford it today, but it, you will be happy you did, even if it is alot of money. In as little as 4-6 months from now the prices wont even compare.

Funny thing about the Enfields is that it is the bottom stuff and the top stuff that seems to be appreciating the most.
The sniper stuff just keeps skyrocketing, a complete matching set having gone from $600 12 years ago, to $900 8 years ago, to $3500-4000 today.
A run of the mill full wood #4 Enfield has gone from $150 seven years ago, to $400 and up presently.
Yet a nice Cno7, which would have cost you $700 back in 2000, will only fetch $800-900 today. It doesn't seem right that the common #4 will soon catch up to the fairly rare Cno7s.

Heres a couple more ebay results today with the prices for a couple of the 4T accessories:
    http://cgi.ebay.ca/British-Lee-Enfie...QQcmdZViewItem
    Scope bracket: $817
    http://cgi.ebay.ca/British-Lee-Enfie...QQcmdZViewItem
    Scope can: $640
    http://cgi.ebay.ca/British-Lee-Enfie...QQcmdZViewItem
    SCOPE ADJUSTING TOOL: $458

The scope brackets haven't gone up any since the first auctions referred to in this thread, but the cans are getting a bit pricier, and who would have thought that that little tool is getting to be worth that much. One sold on ebay last week for JUST $200 or so.

    All prices are Cdn $$.

I just sold a sniper a couple months ago. I would have done better breaking it up, and still had a free rifle when the deals were done.
